Dowloaded Songs don't stay downloaded

Hi Everybody, 

i have got the following problem on my HTC Desire Device (Android). 

When I mark a playlist as offline available, the tracks will be downloaded during I am connected via WiFi. 

But since 1 or 2 weeks, after opening the app, all downloaded Tracks are not offline available anymore. Then I have to download them again and with ca 1000 songs, it takes a lot of time. 

Does anybody know this problem too, or does anybody know how to solve the problem?

Hi there.

This has been solved sometimes by doing a complete wipe and reinstall of the app. Follow the instructions here http://community.spotify.com/t5/Mobile-Android/Troubleshooting-Spotify-on-Android/td-p/113082 - the steps about restarting and clearing the data cache are particularly important

Hi, I am having this issue as well. I have cleared and reinstalled the app twice on my Xperia XAUltra but the issue is unresolved. I have to download the songs again.

I'm also having the very same problem and got very upset for having to download ALL my songs again ( every 2 or 3 weeks).
Does anybody knows any other solution? I would like to try one more time before cancel my premium subscription.

I am having the same problem.  Does this wipe out your playlists?  Mine are pretty extensive.

Hi,All my Playlists continue to be listed, as well as my Artists and Albuns, however all downloaded songs are not dowloaded anymore. I need to download all again  (about 25GB of songs).By the way, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S7 device and my songs are being stored on a SD card with 64GB, so there is no lack of memory since I have 30GB free on SD.Regards.
