Download to Kindle using Premium for family

My Question or Issue

 Hi, I have premium for family. As well as myself there are four family members, all using Kindles. I want to be able to use spotify on both of my kindles, my 7 inch Amazon Fire and my Kindle Fire HD 8.9. Although spotify is on my Cloud it will not download onto the 8.9 device, why?
