'Download using cellular' turned on, still can't download

I always update my Spotify app, however, one update broke the feature that has always been working. Is this a bug that someone else have experienced or is it just me?

im having the same problem let me know if you find a solution. my download with cellular is on but it keeps telling me to turn it on when i go to download

Yes, my download using cellular is on too and they keep telling me the same...that give me headache...😑😑

I am having this problem now..any solution to this? Subscription is useless is we cant download and go offline mode.
