Downloaded albums randomly deleted

My Question or Issue

Hello all,

This is the third time happened to me this year, I have lost all my downloaded albums (not playlists) on my android phone. I always have the onlien option on. Also, my phone does not have any SD Card installed.

This is really annoying me as I use the premium feature just to have my music downloaded.

I can not figure out why all my albums have dissapeared. Any thoughts of how to approach this issue?

We recommend running a clean reinstall of the app by following these steps. This can be helpful to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble. Keep in mind - you'll need to download all your music again afterwards.

Lastly, make sure that your app is up to date using the steps here. If that doesn't fix things, could you share the exact Spotify version you're running?
