Downloaded songs unavailable in offline mode

Downloaded songs unavailable in offline mode

I have downloaded my selected songs, playlists - all of them show up as DLed ones even with that small green arrow next to each.

But whenever I switch off wifi or cellular, all the songs disappear and I can't play them until the app connects to the internet. The tracks took their place on my SD card (about 1.7GB) and I can use the app without any problems when I'm online. It only doesn't seem to work in neither offline mode or by simply losing connection.

Hope I explained it well, if not, feel free to ask any questions! 🙂

This seems like a common problem. Unfortunatley I am also suffering from it with no fix in site for me. Check all these other threads of people with the same issue. Im convinced I need to try another music streaming service, but it looks like some of the 'fixes' worked for some of the people there

Thanks, gonna check them out!

This problem happens each time I turn "Downloading" off, and add new tracks to the playlist. I've solved it, by downloading all songs from this playlist no matter what (I have enough space anyway)

Would you comment back here if you've managed to fix it?

Do you not realise that turning off the download switch undownloads all songs in the playlist @stratofortress1?
