Downloaded songs won't play offline anymore

Hi,

Since a few weeks i'm not able anymore to download/play songs offline on my Android device. When i make a playlist offline available the songs are downloaded to my SD-card (arrow turns green), but i am not able to play the downloaded songs when i'm in offline modus . Also when i close the app and reopen it a lot of my downloaded songs disapear again (arrow is grey). It seems Spotify Just keeps re-downloading my songs - as i have used more than 100gb data in just 2 days for Spotify alone....

I've already tried to delete the app, cleared the cache, formatted the SD- card and removed the offline devices in my account, but nothing seems to work .

Does anyone has a possible solution for this?
