Downloading Playlist Errors

Downloading Playlist Errors

I keep having to re-download my playlists multiple times...why?  After the download is finished, I open the list it restarts the download again. Thoughts or suggestions?  Any help is appreciated.  I have the Samsung Galaxy S2 ith Jellybean from Sprint.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Odd, this may sound simple, but have you tried a complete reinstall of Spotify?

Also, what Spotify version are you running?

Hi Anthony,

Thank you for the welcome.  I have uninstalled and re-installed twice with the same issue.  I am running Spotify version 0.6.0.20

This might be a silly question, but do you know if you have enough space available?  And have you watched your playlists as each file is downloaded to make sure the green down arrow is appearing under each title verifying it was downloaded?  If you've done that, are you able to play those downloaded files before going back to the parent/previous screen?

I have an older device and am running gingerbread and have no problems with downloading. I am wondering if it's related to your available storage.

Also, is this happing with every playlist? Do you have a 2-song playlist you can try to download?
