Looking online, it appears that Pixel devices don't have a built-in equalizer, so based on the screenshot you've provided this looks like a third-party app and not the Spotify one. It's worth reaching out to the developer for more info on the topic. In the meantime, you can also check if temporarily uninstalling the third-party app would let you try the Spotify equalizer found in the app's settings. Here's what it looks like:
