Equalizer and Sync Troubles

So, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, uninstalled and reinstalled on my computer, yet no matter what I do, my PC CAN NOT FIND MY DEVICE. And very very rarely, after downloading an entire playlist, my PC will find my device and start syncing again. So in grand total, my device has synced about 2-3 times and Spotify is filling every nook and cranny of my phone with duplicate files of synced tracks and I went from 11GB free to 2GB free. Please fix the whole device-computer communication issues.

Secondly, when I do get the playlist to work, I like the equalizer that comes with the app. It makes my music sound nice - when it works. Half of the time I can turn it on and off and hear no difference in the sound of anything.

Third, local tracks that do manage to get synced after waiting a week or so for my device to be found, are severely degraded in audio quality. Lots of background noise and clicks and scratching.

Not really happy that I'm paying for something that barely works.
