Every song is in grey

Hi everyone, 

I have an issue on my Android app as every song on the entire app is greyed so I can't select any song I want to listen to! For the same account, I don't have any trouble on my Mac so it does not come from my account... I don't know what to do to be able to use the Android app normally.

If you have a free account, you should be able to listen to music by tapping the big "Shuffle" button. If you're not a free user, some more information would be helpful.

1. Make/model of phone
2. Android version
3. Spotify version
4. Are all playlists the same?
5. Is the offline mode turned on in spotify settings?
6. Is the phone in offline mode?

I have a free account, but why can't I select the songs I want to listen to on my laptop but not on my phone?

Because it's a premium feature on mobile phones. Read Spotify Free.
