Explicit "We're currently experiencing problems. please try again later"

Can log in via browser or desktop app, but my android app consistently displays this message:

"We're currently experiencing problems. please try again later"

I'm experiencing the same problem! It's not worked all day on the Android with the same message, whilst my PC is happily streaming away.
