  1. Tengo ya semanas con este problema de la app Spotify, tarda en cargar la app y en reproducir la música, ya reinicie mi celular y  también desinstale la app y la volví a instalar y sigue igual y ya llevo unas tres semanas con ese problema .

We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article

If the issue persists, would you mind checking if your device has any SD card inserted? If so, remove it, restart your device and try again.

Lastly, include in your next response the make, model, and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
