Galaxy S7 Edge - SD-Card is set as storage location but music is saved internally

Hello,

I use an Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge with an SD-Card and with Spotify Premium.

Although I set the storage location in the Spotify App to the SD-Card, Spotify saves all the music to the internal storage which is getting full.

Spotify says that the storage location is the SD-Card. Android tells me it is internally in the Apps-View.

How do I solve this issue. Or has someone a workaround?

It is exactly as you described.

So we have to wait until Spotify fixes this bug?

That is very annoying because I would like to use the internal memory for other stuff...

It's just a reporting error - your internal storage is as it should be. If you have the energy, you could start a new topic in bugs but I don't think they care to be honest.

It seems that they have removed the option to save to sd card as i used to store on sd card and no longer have that option. This is annoying as i have limited storage internal which is why i have added my sd card
