Got error message of having more than 3 devices

I currently have spotify installed on only 2 devices: 1 tablet Microsoft Surface (with Windows 10) and 1 smartphone Samsung Galaxy S3 (Android).

I got this error message and Spotify deleted all my saved songs on my smartphone.

I mainly want all the songs saved on my smartphone. I don't even care if Spotify save them on the tablet.

Why is it happened?

Spotify only allows offline music storage on three devices. On this page you can manage the devices where offline music is stored. Could you check if there are any suspicious devices or devices you don't use anymore are there?
