My Question or Issue

Hi! I recently tried to login to spotify with my Galaxy Tab S8 but I could not use the shuffle function. I then tried using my phone (which already had premium) and suddenly i couldnt shuffle either?? Tried clicking into my account to check but i received the Something went wrong. Try again error! Checked the spotify website and my account is still under premium so i dont know why this is happening. Is there a limit on the number of devices I can sign into?? Please help thank you

Hi there @Ayse19,

Thanks for reaching out. There is no such limitation, you can log in on as many devices as you like. Of course, you can only play music from one of those at a time, if you try to play from two simultaneously, then the playback of one device will interrupt the other. Besides that, some of the devices you've listed there are may be outdated. In order for the apps to function properly, they must cover the minimum requirements. If they don't, the app may still work for a while but issues are bound to arise. If instead you're missing Premium features, then it's possible that you have a second account, so check out those steps and make sure you're using the correct account everywhere.

Hope this helps.
