Help!! Sync phone to computer

My phone will not show up under my offline devices.  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling on both computer and phone and that doesnt work.  Im signed in though the same account (facebook) on each, and i've tried everything to fix it but nothing is working.  help!!!!   Lost all my local files and very upset about it.

Windows firewall? That's a common thing people overlook, make sure there is an exception in place to allow the Spotify app to communicate. Also check any other firewall you may have installed.

Also make sure both your phone and your computer are connected to the same WiFi network.
