How can I use downloaded Objects on my Phone (downloaded Music from Spotify)?

When you download somgs from Spotify, they won't stream unless your streaming quality setting is higher than your download quality. Also, and more significantly, you can switch your device into "Offline Mode" in the settings menu, and Spotify will stop connecting to the internet entirely, and play only downloaded songs.
