How do I cancel my spotify premium account switch back to free account?

I accidentally activated premium and I have no money to pay monthly. And when I sent them a email they didn't even reply I'm gonna report this app saying that they don't even bother to listen to customers and help them when customers sent them a email.

Let's not make threats, you and I both know that Spotify, with over 20 million subscribers, would not be impacted by a report; so let's take it down a notch.

You can cancel your subscription from your account overview.

If you haven't used your premium features, you may request a refund: by submitting an online contact form; someone at Spotify can sort this out for you.
Once you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.
