How do I completely uninstall a pre-installed Spotify app from my Sony Xperia X phone?!

I bought a Sony Xperia X phone and i saw that spotify came pre-installed in it. I updated Spotify to the newest version and started having some issues with it and the phone - so i decided to uninstall it.

But after I uninstalled the app - i saw that it still remained on my phone as an older Spotify version 4.2.0.752 and the issues with the phone performance STILL REMAINED.

I can't uninstall it fully - it says uninstall unsuccessful. I can't update it to the newer one since it causes bigger issues.

I just want to FULLY UNINSTALL it from this phone, plain and simple - and the phone or the app won't let me do that.

Need help with this - I completely disapprove of apps that will cling to my phone and won't let me uninstall them fully!

To my mind, operators should be obliged to disclose pre-installed apps in their advertising. Anyway, there is no easy way to remove such an app as it is part of the ROM. The only ways are to replace the ROM or to root the phone, both of which will probably invalidate any warranty.
