How to fix song changes randomly when I am listening to music?

I use google assistant with Spotify as the main music provider in my home. My house uses Google Speakers and Google Home. So I am driving to work and enjoying a podcast through Spotify app on the phone and then my wife (at home) tells the house speaker to play her music. My speakers in the car are taken over by my wife's music. I set up google home my account is the default for all music. Do I need to set up another family account in order to listen to music uninterrupted? There must be a solution for this.

If you and your wife already have individual accounts and are using a Premium Family plan, we'd suggest setting up a dedicated Spotify account for the Google devices in your home, since it's not possible to use yours on multiple devices simultaneously. To make sure that everyone in the household has access to their favorite music, you can create some collaborative playlists and save them in each account.
