I Don't Want to sink my phone to my laptop

How do I get rid of the syncing from my laptop to my Android phone? I don't want my laptop to play the same music as it does on my phone. I can be in class listening to music on my laptop and it will start playing on my phone. I want to stop this connection if possible. How do i do it?

Hi, it seems you're a Premium user having issues with Spotify Connect, let me tell you that when you play a song in either of the devices it can't play on both, unless you tap play on your phone right.

I can give you an advice tho if you don't want this sync to happen, you can put your device on "Offline Mode" within the Spotify App and you should stop seeing what you're playing on your laptop.
