I am SO annoyed!

I spent all night downloading some songs onto my SD card so that I could listen to music on the train (signal is naff on the route)

We are talking about 5GB of songs. SO I do that and close down my phone to charge it. When I turn it on ( already on the bu to get the train) I find that I have no offline playlists. So I go online on 3G and hit download. It downloads like it's lnking up to the already downloaded songs.

Then about 50% into the first the rest just grey out and say "loading...." and my phone *which is beefy) starts to have trouble.

SO WHAT is the point in your premium service if it keeps doing this? I might as well just cancel and get all the songs I want elsewhere.

I tried another SD card when I got it - it does the same.

Well when I try and play an offline track it plays about 10secs of it and jumps back to the playlist.
