I am unable to play any new song on my Spotify app

I am unable to play any new song on my Spotify app

 

I have a troubleshooting problem, for about the last two months my Spotify app has been faulty on my mobile phone, I can add song to my liked songs, I can see songs radios, artists radios, I can search a song, but when I click on it to play it, it won't play it, I can only listen to my already formed Playlist and won't let me listen to any new ones, it also won't let me add songs to queu or most of the options it gives, the only thing I can do is click on the play for my already formed playsist. Can someone please help? I have tried everything, I reset my phone, uninstall and installed the app, clear the cache. I don't know what else to do, please help me

Your issue sounds quite complex.

Perhaps you could try talking to someone from the help service.

Check them out and describe your issue to them. At first you'll be assisted by a bot(it's a competent one) but if it can't assist,you can speak with a human assistant from the team.
