I can't delete a playlist

- navigate to the playlist list
- Press the 3 dots to the right
- select delete playlist
Nothing happens. Screen goes back to the list of playlists and the list I tried to delete is still there.

I tried uninstalling Spotify and then restarted the phone and reinstalled. Same result.

I think I hit the 9,999 track constraint. I want to delete playlists so that I can create a new list. (I currently also am unable to add songs to playlists.)

Are you using a blue light filter by any chance? If so, it seems that the context menu no longer works with such a filter enabled so try turning it off.
