I can't dowload music on my mobile - Premium account

Hi Everyone,

I have a premium account.

I'd like to download music in order to listen to it when my mobile is offline. It looks to be impossible and I d'ont understand why.

When I click on dowload music on the button closed to the playlist, it says go to Paramètres ou réglages" (yes I'm french), and nowhere is there a Paramètres or Réglages section in the app.

Can anybody help me ?

Maybe it's because you're trying to download music while on a cellular connection and having this option disabled?

Hi, No, It finally started to download after about an hour. The download is quite low which is probably why I thought It was not working.

Make sure to have a good internet connection when downloading songs so it finishes faster 🙂
