My Question or Issue

I just upgrade my Spotify to premium but now I can't listen music. When I select a song, a playlist, an album ... the time stays at 0:00 and no sound can be heard.

How can I fix that ?

Welcome to the Community! Thanks for reaching out about this.

 

If you haven't already, we'd suggest checking the steps in this support site article first to see if these do the trick. 

 

If not, would you mind letting us know if you've already performed a clean reinstall of the app? This can be very helpful for clearing any cache that might be causing issues and it's different than simply reinstalling. 

 

Another thing you can try is logging into your account using a different device to see if the issue persists. You can also ask a friend or a family member to log into their account using your device and see it they can replicate it.
