I can't log onto my spotify Android phone app

I can't log onto my spotify Android phone app, it says I'm currently set to offline, but when i hit connect the window just comes up again and I'm still unable to get connected.

Could you let us know your operating system and the Spotify version you're using?

Does it help if you restart your network connection or use a different one?

Try rebooting your device, let us know if that works for you. If not, a clean reinstall should do the trick. This usually fixes most problems 🙂

Note: This will remove any saved offline tracks and cache.
