I can't see my profile on smartphone

I can't see my profile on smartphone

Hello,
I have a problem see my profile on my smartphone.
It writes me: "Something went wrong. Have another go? Try again"

I reinstalled the Spotify app, restarted the smartphone, and cleared the cache. The problem still remains.

I sent my profile link from my PC to my friend but the same problem in his android APP. He sees the same error but his profile sees it correctly. It looks like there is a problem only with my profile account.

I have Samsung with Android 10. I have old account and in my username I have chars "[]" so I don't know if it can caused the problem or not. On PC is profile page ok.

We really appreciate the time you took to post and report here. We've reported this issue to the right folks, who'll look into it.

Thanks for keeping in touch!

Our tech folks are aware of this behavior, however, we're not able to give a specific timeframe for if or when a fix will be released. Keeping the app up-to-date is the best way to stay on top of any fixes when they launch.

Another option, is to create a new Spotify account, which will generate a new username for you. Feel free to check the steps on this page to see how to transfer your playlists, to make sure you still have your playlists.
