I can't sync local files from Mac to adndroid

I'm trying to sync a song from local files from my Mac to my android phone, I've put the song in a playlist and downloaded it on my phone. Yes I'm  on the same WiFi and yes I am a premium user. I even se the phone in Spotify connect. I've added a photo so you can see my problem

Let's try creating a new playlist with your local files, and syncing it to see if it helps.

In case it doesn't, I suggest reinstalling Spotify on both your Android and desktop to see if it does the trick.
