My Question or Issue:

As the title says, if I want to go back to the previous song I don't have the back button, is just disabled. Why?

Unfortunately, this is a Premium feature. That means you can only access it if you have the Premium version of Spotify. You can consider upgrading to Premium to access this and other features. I'd recommend checking out this Support article for more info.
