This is an interestiing question. How do they deal with weekends? How do they charge if I registred the 31rd but the month has only 30 days? And finally, how to call support? Sorry I dont have the answer for what you are looking for. All I can do is to tell you what I would do in your situation.

 

Assuming you really want to cancel:

1) Cancel your subscription now, today, the 31rd.

2) Immediately stop using Spotify until things got cleared.

3) Goto http://www.spotify.com

- Scroll down and click the link to About

- Click on "Contact Form" on the About page

- Select "Subscription" on the Contact Form

- Select "Other" on the follwing page

- Click the "I still need help" button on that last page

- Continue with fill in the form from there

- Ask for a refund

- Don't use Spotify services before your account has been set back to a Free subscription
