I have premium - I can't listen to what I want on my mobile device

I have premium - I can't listen to what I want on my mobile device

I just signed up for a spotify premium account. I did so online with my desktop computer. Things work fine there. But when I go to my phone, I start having problems. The biggest one is I still cannot play songs in order. I pressed the button that was supposed to turn off the shuffle mode and it says I need to purchase a premium account. What gives? Am I not allowed to use my premium account on my mobile device? I'm signed in as the exact same account on both. For all intents and purposes, I have a free account on my phone.

There is a known issue which spotify is looking into. Reinstalling the app following the steps here will fix it.
