I have purchased Spotify Premium for 3 months for $.99 but don't have the features

I have purchased Spotify Premium for 3 months for $.99 but don't have the features

I have contacted my credit card company and they have said the transaction has gone through for the given amount of .99 cents, but I still get ads and cannot play the songs of my choice. How do I fix this? This is frustrating because my account gives me the option to "Go Premium" but verytime I click that and put all of my info in it gives me an error message saying: "You have already taken advantage of this offer" This is complete BS.

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

hmmm try this: Go into your settings, then into you applications/apps/application manager; scroll down to spotifuggle and clear the app data/cache and restart your phone; if it's still not working, delete the app and redownload. Let me know.:)
