I keep having other people's devices start playing music on my phone.

I keep having other people's devices start playing music on my phone.

Whenever I start playing a podcast or music, another user not on my wifi or contacts network will start playing another playlist. I have to go to my devices and switch back to mine before being able to listen to my music again. Are there any ways to block this?

Hey @SCorasaniti,

Have you maybe used your account on other people's devices?
I would first log out everywhere via this link and then change my password for good measure.

Hope that helps! Keep us posted on how things go 🙂

I’m having this same problem right

Hi there @Ginasalinas313,

Please follow the steps suggested by @Vasil in order to secure your account. Most likely your account is logged in a communal device, like a home speaker/ TV/ Game console, to which other users have access and this is why you're experiencing this issue.

Hope this helps.
