I pay for Spotify but keeps giving me free

I pay for Spotify but keeps giving me free

I've tried several times to log out and log back in to get my account to sync but its not working. What else can be done to get my account yo work properly?

First, attempt to sign into a different device and see if you have premium on there (even try the web browser)

Spotify support states here that for this issue you should follow this:

 

Have you upgraded to Premium, but can’t make use of any Premium features? Don’t fear! Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Log out and back into your account again.
  2. Reinstall the Spotify app

Occasionally it’s necessary to force a sync of info between your device and our account information system.
