I want to share anything with my friends on spotify I have a premium subscription. my playlists I do not want to share how I can set this

In the spotify app's settings, you can set a session as private. It will remain private until you have been inactive for 6 hours. If you don't want others to see your playlists, then the easiest way is to do this on the desktop client options where you can change your privacy settings to prevent new playlists being made public.

Existing playlists can be made private from the right-click menu in the client or a long press on android.
