so recently i have been experiencing my spotify will pause and play and switch, it literally even turns up my music and my RINGTONE...without me touching my phone. this is bothering me so much. i have read every single forum and they do not answer my questions... if you have any idea on why this is happening please let me know. i would really appreciate it 🙂 (as i type this, it is changing and pausing...)

I'll get straight to the point, this is not normal. Try deleting and reinstalling the Spotify app and signing out of Spotify and logging back in. If it still doesn't work, what I recommend is to contact Spotify support at this link: https://www.spotify.com/us/about-us/contact/
