Hey there,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

That being said, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind clarifying to us if you connect your device to your car via Spotify Connect, Bluetooth or AUX or USB cable?

On another note, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device, along with exact the Spotify version you are running there?

Lastly, just to confirm, has the app always been behaving like this when connected to your car or does it start to happen after a specific event such as an OS update? Is this happening when not connected to your car? Please send us the details about it.

Keep us in the loop!

Hey @Stella20,

Thanks for your reply and for the info shared.

In this case, what you can try to isolate this behavior is by reinstalling the app on your device. You can do it by following the steps in this article. This is a bit different than a normal reinstallation, as it involves clearing all Spotify app data and cache from you device.

On another note, as mentioned above, would you mind sending us the make/model and OS of the affected device, along with exact the Spotify version you are running there?

Lastly, we'd like to check: is this happening over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using?
