Impossible de changer le pays dans mon compte

Ma derniere recharge a été faite lorsque j'étais en vacances en espagne. J'essaye de recharger a nouveau mon compte depuis chez moi en belgique. Je ne parviens pas a modifier le pays. Ma gift card n est donc pas validée

Hey there!

 

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.

 

If the country of your account doesn't match with the country where you bought the card, it will give an error when you try to redeem it.

 

In this case, if your account is still located in Spain and it's still on Premium, since it was a gift card, you just need to wait until the account reverts back to free and change the country by following the steps mentioned in this article under the section "Don't have Premium?". Once you've changed your country, you'll be able to redeem your gift card properly.

 

Note: Keep in mind that after 4 attempts, you'll get another error message. If you do, you can try again after 24 hours.
