My Question or Issue

 Hello,
I'd love to use Instagram Music option but I'm unable to do it. A lot of people in my country can use this feature but somehow I'm excluded. I checked more options but there's only Instagram Direct.

Could somebody tell me why? Thank you in advance.

Seriously, anybody?
I've tried deleting all data of Spotify and Instagram. Reinstalled the apps and nothing worked. I even updated my phone's system but it wasn't the case.

Instagram version - 75.0.0.23.99

Spotify version - 8.4.85.1006
