Is the "Radio is not available when offline" bug EVER going to be fixed?

Hello,

I'm now canceling my service until this stupid bug is fixed. I recieve this message just about every day and once I get it, it's all over. I've tried updating to the latest version on the market, I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling Spotify (which will work for a short period of time) and I've tried rebooting the phone. I've closed all potential apps which may cause conflict (which are very few, I don't run any battery saver apps or the like).

After doing some searching around I'm seeing that this problem is fairly common and worse-yet it has been an issue for quite a long time and no real resolution has been proposed. Until this issue is resolved I will be canceling my service. I don't like paying for stuff that sucks (which is too bad because this service would be awesome if it just worked as advertised!)

This bug happens when I clearly have service. Right now I'm on 4g with all bars glowing, it should be working.
