Hey there,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

To answer your questions: on one hand, all the content you've saved in your library (playlists, albums, podcasts and so on) should remain there, no matter if you change devices. In other words, all your playlists should "transfer" if you change devices. Remember you can open your account on as many devices you want, and that should not alter your library.

On another hand, downloads are not transferable since they're stored on each device. That being explained, if you change mobile devices, you should download again all the content you'd like to listen to offline, so it can be stored on your new phone's storage.

Now, if perhaps you noticed your library changes, or you can locate your playlist, it's possible you've logged in to a different account on your new mobile device. You can check the details of the account you opened on your new device by following these steps:

  1. Swipe left or tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Settings and privacy.
  3. At the top of settings, you'll see the email linked to your account (if any) and what type of plan you are subscribed to.

If you aren’t certain about the details you used to register on the app, go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.

Note: Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these. Your account may be linked to one of these options as well.

We'll be on the lookout!
