Just wondering if any customer service agents actually read this forum?

I have not seen any truly helpful responses to the deleting offline playlists thread.  Any reason why?  I mean, a simple "we don't care and are too big to fail" is okay with me.

Hi kingsoby1 - hope you don't mind - I'm going to move your last post to the thread that Sam linked to. By keeping all reports of a similar issue together Spotify can collate all the information and perhaps more easily find the solution and resolution.
