Liked songs disappear, error message comes up saying 'something went wrong'

My Question or Issue

When I click on my liked songs, it will randomly come up with an error message saying 'something went wrong' and the songs have disappeared. Restarting the app and signing out and in does not make any difference. Somgs are downloaded onto phone so don't think it's an internet connection problem. I've tried reinstalling the app.

Does this happen only with your Liked Songs or with all of your playlists?
Are the disappearing songs getting greyed out and can they still be searched for in from the app search bar?
Some screenshots of  how things look on your end would be very helpful!

And, on a slightly different note, does this occur when you're online or when you're using the app in offline mode? 
Could you check and let us know?

Everytime i try to access my liked songs playlist on mobile it says something went wrong and never loads despite pressing try again
