My Question or Issue

Ever sine last two Android spotify beta

currently 8.5.70.848

Liked Songs section:

-doesn't play on any songs clicked

-shuffle button at the top does nothing, although shows animation being clicked

-songs don't download. the toggle switches from grey to green, but nothing happens. And if I go back to "Your Library" and back to "Liked Songs", it resets back to grey. Same behavior on two different phones under same account

Could you check if you've received the update 8.5.70.868 for the beta and see if that makes a difference?

I'm also having this issue on the same beta version. The issue also affects local files synced from my PC.

Running a galaxy s10+ with the latest updates and I have reinstalled and cleared data.

Hi,

already chatted with the support, they said it's a bug of the beta app. For now you have to use the official version.
