I recently bought a new Samsung Galaxy 7 phone and transferred my Spotify account over to my new phone. My phone provider included 2 years of Premium Spotify which has yet to expire. During that time I was able to listen to Spotify off line. As soon as I transferred phones I can no longer listen offline. I have verified with my provider that I still have the premium upgrade. Can you advise what I could do to reactivate the Premium service.
