Hello,

could you tell me if is still possible to synchronize local file between Desktop and Android Phone?

I've followed the instruction on the Support Section, but I've no success.

Thanks for reaching out to us, we'll gladly shine some light on this.

 

It's still possible to sync up your local files to your phone.

 

First, it's a good idea to check if everything looks okay with your local files on your desktop - are you able to see them and play them as usual?

 

We'd recommend taking a look at this page to see what you can try to re-sync the tracks. If you've tried some of the steps, let us know which ones and we'll see what else we can suggest.

 

Then we'd recommend logging out from your phone > restarting it > logging back in.

Hi Elena, thank you for your support.
In effect, in the end I managed to sync the files.
I think the problem was due to the time needed to upload and download the audio files; I say this because I left the phone and the PC with the Apps open for half a day, and in the end I magically found the audio files on the phone; is my interpretation correct? are the files uploaded to your servers and then downloaded to the mobile phone?
