Local files- "Song not available" on android after changing SD card?

Hey! I'm still relatively new to spotify, but I just changed the SD card on my android, and redownloaded all of my playlists to it. However, the local files I had downloaded from before on there, all say "song not available" now. They are all available on my PC still, and I tried creating a new playlist and bringing them all onto that, but it still isn't working. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

In this case, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account page on our website and click Offline devices in the menu on the left.
2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES.
3. Reinstall the app with the steps here.
4. Save your offline tracks again.

If that doesn't work, please remove the SD card, if there's one, reinstall the app, then reinsert the SD card again to see if it makes any difference.

@Monica_L Thank you for your suggestion! Unfortunately however, it did not work. I am still unable to download any local files onto my phone... It just says "waiting to download" even though they are both connected to the same wifi.
