Lock screen and swipe-down podcast 15 sec buttons don't work

When listening to podcasts on my Android device (8.4.4.810 armV7) there are buttons to go back or ahead 15 seconds. Within the main app these buttons work fine, however they also appear when the app is running from the lock screen or from swiping down from the top of the screen when unlocked. When I use the buttons from here, I have found that hitting either button goes forward 15 seconds, including when the back 15 seconds button is used.

Just checked Andriod Version 8.4.9.271 armV7 and this issue has been resolved.
