Long Playlists and Chromecast

When using my Android phone (LG G4C running Android 6) to stream to Chromecast, if I choose a long playlist (say more than 100 songs) Spotify will not shuffle the whole playlist and instead just keeps playing songs at the beginning of the playlist. I can even start playing the playlist on my phone, have it shuffle fine, and then when I start trying to stream via Chromecast the list is "re-set" and only plays songs from the beginning of the playlist again. All works fine in other settings.

Apparently, they are "working on it."  No problems with the shuffle when casting from Google Music.
